Louise Lucas: Before the $750,000 Chicken Deal

Louise Lucas spent more than 40 years in Virginia politics before her federal indictment. Prosecutors say a $750,000 deal for a shell company called Mama’s Chicken sat at the center of her plans for a marijuana license.
