St. Louis Fire Chief Dennis Jenkerson talks about Friday morning’s warehouse fire. At least two large warehouses are on fire in downtown St. Louis on Friday morning near 2nd and Gratoit near the river, according to video taken by a 5 On Your Side photographer and multiple live camera views from MDOT. Around 200 firefighters from multiple agencies responded to the scene, St. Louis City Fire Department Dennis Jenkerson told 5 On Your Side. Multiple unhoused people were evacuated from inside and around the warehouse after firefighters arrived. No injuries have been reported.
