A small airplane crashed on Interstate 195 in Dartmouth during the Monday morning rush hour, killing both people on board and scattering flaming debris across the interstate. A woman in a car was hurt. The Bristol County District Attorney’s Office identified the people on the plane as a couple from Middletown, Rhode Island.
