D4vd facing first degree murder charge after teen’s remains found in trunk of his car

Singer D4vd is facing a first-degree murder charge after being arrested on suspicion of murder in an investigation into the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman and LAPD Chief Jim McConnell announced the charges against d4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, on Monday. Hochman described Rivas Hernandez’s death as a “brutal and horrific murder.” “These charges include the most serious charges that a DA’s office can bring,” Hochman said. “That is first-degree murder with special circumstances.”
